Question 1: Is it legal to play where I first decide on the Wraith's pre-combat ability called DRAIN to send an Ice Golem (4 experience crystals) to my experience stack and then use an invisibility potion to directly obtain the Wraith's 3 experience crystals after spending two times and thus at the end of the turn reach level 4?
No.
You either go ahead with the encounter in which case, you resolve Drain, and then it's too late to use Invisibility
or..
You use Invisibility before the encounter, you don't resolve Drain, and you get the card as Loot

Question 2: Can I always decide whether to first suffer from the abilities that say "before the encounter" regarding the invisibility potion that also says "before an encounter" or do I always suffer from the monster's "pre-combat" ability first despite using the invisibility potion (both abilities trigger at the same time)?
No. Using Invisibility means you don't do pre-combat effects on the card (which is one of the the main draws of Invibility)
