Hello,
Sorry for resurrecting an old post but i would like a to figure out the correct intention behind the rules. My understanding always was that green cards can only be used with herbivore species. Since fat tissue is a green card can it be used with carnivores? If it can, what other non carnivore traits can be used in such cases? My understanding always was that since you can remove traits before playing your cards if wanted to make a carnivore you had to gry rid of all incompatible traits.

I reread the rules and I think i made up this traits distinction based on the colors of the cards. With white being the defense cards, red attack/carnivore cards, green food for non-carnivores and special yellow/gold. This fit pretty well since event the cards with dual functions have proper mixes of colors on the card border like intelligence or climbing. Can somebody confirm this please?
