That's a nice idea, but it will not work when your character is getting more Talents.
It still works. You just place the new token next to your character sheet and also place markers on that token. :)
That hasn't been relevant in the pnp version, since you can only get a new red talent from the training in the Cherry Blossom realm and we always (and I mean ALWAYS!) just roll a gold for that.
