I'm with Thiago, Cancel is the best of the three!As for Pulse, here's a scenario - against Magdelina a timely pulse (say on a turn when she tries to level up) can really hurt Mags; T1 or T3 are my choices typically.
As Khadath and Rukyuk Pulse can be an offensive move.
